Lead the response to business interruption events that negatively impact business operations, the delivery of services to clients, and employees in the US region. Response activities include, but are not limited to, restoration, mitigation planning, escalation, and coordinating notification to internal and external stakeholders. Lead the development of a Business Incident Management framework to include plans and program documentation, enabling the business to understand events and respond to incidents that could adversely affect clients, employees, and technologies while complying with the appropriate legal and regulatory requirements.Additional responsibilities include:• Committee and Board reporting to highlight trends, KRIs, and other risks associated with incidents and business continuity management;• Establishment and management of proactive monitoring protocols for events that could negatively affect CIBC in the US region;• Ensuring regulatory requirements are identified and met; and• Leading or overseeing program management responsibilities, administrative responsibilities, and vendor management for the program.

Business Technology - Cyber SecurityLead the Development of a Crisis Management framework to include policies, standards, program documentation and a testing strategy, enabling Discover Financial Services to understand events and respond to incidents that could adversely affect our customers, employees, systems, and the enterprise, while complying with the appropriate legal and regulatory requirements. Additionally, my responsibilities consist of overall reporting and trend analysis including but not limited to cyber and privacy incidents.

Information Security Program Office

Provide coordination and executive level communication on a global scale during crisis events within Aon to mitigate risk for Aon's people, clients, information and property. My role provides a triaged and coordinated response during large-scale technology outages, fraud events, information security incidents, weather events, and data privacy incidents.
