• Lead, plan and manage process improvements, simplification andefficiency projects that drives business performance. • Responsible for driving, quality assurance and day to day managementof assigned key strategic projects that are critical to delivering thecompany's long term strategic objectives. • Proactively identify key issues, risks and opportunities to assistmanagement in the development of appropriate actions. • Assist in the development of the company's long term strategy plan,goals and KPIs. • Evaluate the execution and performance of the company's long termstrategy plan, goals and KPIs. • Financial analysis of the business performance and industry trends,highlighting gaps, opportunities, sensitivities and risks for keymanagement review.

• Provide professional expertise in the delivery of sound business/financial solutions with regards to tactical and strategic decisions facing in the Business Group (BG).• Support and assist Senior Financial Controller in the execution of the duties and responsibilities of the Finance Department.• Evaluation and review financial performance and cash flow.• Budget & management regular reviews and consistent monitoring for effective EBITDA and cost monitoring controls of the BG which includes CAPEX review and monitoring of return of investments.• Coordinate long term strategic planning and resource allocation for the BG.• Develop the Group's resources and competency in the area of financial management.• Coordinate, analyze and report business/financial performance to the Management.• Prepare short and long term financial forecast.• Develop, implement and maintain accounting and administrative policies and procedures for a wide-ranging set of activities including reporting and other corporate policies.

• Facilitate the implementation of the Group's Enterprise Risk Management framework • Planning, organizing and coordinating the Group's risk management process• Assess adequacy and effectiveness of the group's internal control, risk management system, risk mitigation strategies as well as governance process.• Carrying out risk assessment, which involves analysing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business;• Conduct risk evaluation, which involves comparing estimated risks with criteria established by the organisation such as costs, legal requirements and environmental factors, and evaluating the organisation's previous handling of risks;• Establishing and quantifying the organisation's 'risk appetite', i.e. the level of risk they are prepared to accept• Provide support and develop risk management awareness and in-house training program• Monitor operating unit's compliance with Group's policies on credit risk, interest rate risk, liquidity risk, price risk and foreign currency risk• Monitor and report the Group's derivative (especially commodity) and non-derivative exposures

• Overall coordination/ monitoring & facilitation of GST project implementation for the whole group (IOI Corporation Berhad & IOI Property Berhad)i. Monitoring and follow-up with relevant parties on project execution progress to ensure adherence to scheduled timelinesii. Communication and liaison with Team Leader or Project Working Groups on Work Plan Tracker, Q&A and Readiness Reportiii. Ensure issues brought up by Project Working Groups are considered and escalated to appropriate channel for discussion and resolutioniv. Participate in check-point meetings and Project Working Groups’ meetings (where required) to provide support/feedbackv. Responsible for coordination templates, processes, meeting minutes/actions points vi. Plan and coordinate arrangement for meetings, briefings, workshops or trainings
