My firm primarily specializes in strategic tax planning and tax return preparation for small businesses, their owners, trusts and estates, high net-worth individuals and individuals with complex tax profiles (eg, multi-state filing issues, foreign income issues, complex K-1s, etc).My firm works with all business entities - partnerships, S and C corps, professional fiduciaries, sole-proprietors and LLCs/LLPs. We also prepare tax returns for Charitable Trusts and Nonprofit Foundations.I also hold an active CA real estate broker's license. While I occasionally have purchased and rehabilitated run-down homes for resale, I also have been involved with numerous purchase/sale transactions for clients. I get involved with real estate consulting - for example, regarding the tax implications of sales, purchases or exchanges of property, advising on choice of entity, and in planning for the overall economic and financial feasibility of real property transactions. My firm also gets involved in forensic accounting and fraud investigations - which has included testifying in both civil and criminal courts as an expert witness.
