As a Senior Director out of Willdan's Los Angeles Office, Mr. Clarke heads the firm's expansion into electrification and electric vehicle markets. Leveraging his prior automotive background and Willdan's breadth and depth in the areas of energy efficiency, energy markets, electrical design engineering, grid impact studies, micro grids and smart city planning, his team is rolling out a comprehensive, yet scalable offering, assisting clients with navigating the quickly changing landscape of electrification and EVs. As a Director for Newcomb Anderson McCormick with over 14 years’ experience, Mr. Clarke heads NAM's southern California office, building upon NAM's existing relationships and expanding their influence into Southern California. Working not only with IOUs, Municipal Utilities and Local Governments but also directly with the end customers, Mr. Clarke and his team focus on designing and implementing innovative and cost-effective programs and providing top-notch technical resources to the utilities and end customers. Mr. Clarke is also responsible for developing and managing the strategic direction of energy efficiency programs and projects as well as the firm's renewable energy and DER consulting. Mr. Clarke has a demonstrated ability to combine both interpersonal skills and collaborative management practices to lead his teams to deliver projects which consistently exceed his client’s goals and reach completion on schedule and within budget.

Cooperatively worked with a team of 24 international colleagues to receive and process 20,000 tones of grapes in seven weeks for the 2008 harvest for New Zealand’s second largest wine company. Wine produced will be bottled under 5 different labels and distributed worldwide.
