I am an experienced Manager of both staff and volunteers with excellent customer relations and sales experience. I have a strong commitment to deliver consistently high levels of performance and ensure delivery of goals. I naturally develop good working relationships with my colleagues enabling me to be an effective team member and I recognise the importance of courtesy and respect to all. I am an effective communicator and able to assess and manage risks in order to ensure a healthy and safe environment for clients and colleagues alike. You I have experience of supporting family members who suffer from extreme anxiety, panic attacks and dyslexia. Also, a life time supporting my special needs brother and, more recently, my brother in law who sustained a severe brain injury has taught me how to use my natural skills which I now seek to further develop in a working environment.
