Led a team of programmers in support of all non clinical applications for our Implementation Division. This included all administrative, financial, and management information systems teams. During my Manager years my responsibility changed and evolved. In addition to technical teams, I also took on responsibility for our billing and accounts receivable specialist teams for a period of time. This shed further insight into their responsibilities and how the integration with technical teams was imperative. Learned skills to bridge communication across both areas.
