- Contract administration for new construction and leasing negotiations. Effective collaboration with engineering and construction site foreman teams. Working knowledge of local and state building guidelines and code.- Responsible for managing, directing, and fulfilling infrastructure and various facilities functions across 72 different site locations throughout campus and off campus. Ensure projects are prioritized to meet organization need while capitalizing on our capital improvement program- Efficiently manage and present budget of 10+ million dollars in maintenance and utility spend while tracking accounts payable/accounts receivable for non-profit specific P&L statements- Daily management of 70+ employees- Development and implementation of training through internally developed training programs, auditing systems, and continued education- Proficiently use of Microsoft and QuickBooks applications in order to effectively track budget analytics as well as supply ordering and upkeep- Use of Auto CAD and Visio programs to create renderings of upcoming projects and/or current projects. Requirement of extensive math skills.- Ability to perform hands-on tasks based on department needs such as heavy equipment operation (forklift, dump truck, track hoe, etc.), hand tools, and small equipment usage - Have knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, chemical, paint, and grounds maintenance in order to be effective at managing and coordinating tasks throughout campus.- Implement, Oversee, and maintain effective work-order driven computer systems throughout campus to ensure effective and efficient completion of needed work throughout the University.- Coordinate Shipping/Receiving and supply chain management for entire campus. Check-in and inventory items received- Ensure department is operating under inter-department and OSHA standards of safety.
