Manages employees and contractors as needed to maintain, repair and improve the properties. Supervises staff and contractors, and inspects completed jobs. Performs employee direction, correction and training for proper building maintenance. Oversees the management of security, cleaning, landscaping, aircon systems and pest control. Manages the upkeep of properties and supplies to meet health and safety standards. Maintains environmental safety with adequate lighting, signage and disability access. Strives for tenant and visitor safety and wellbeing at all times.
