Over my 5 years at Nike, I've worked in a variety of roles but all had one thing in common - putting the consumer at the heart of everything I did. What went from building 1:1 relationships via chat turned into inspiring millions through direct-to-consumer marketing. I am a consumerist with a passion for storytelling and data-driven marketing, all with the intent of inspiring the next generation of sport. My current role as a Global Lifecycle Marketing Manager involves obsessing the 1:1 digital marketing offense and the engagement of our members across their lifelong relationship with Nike - from acquisition to retention. This is a highly matrixed and ambiguous landscape requiring digital-savvy strategic problem solving to build successful lifecycle marketing programs informed by data, content, capabilities, experimentation, and long-term business goals. This requires influencing high-caliber teams and leading a cross-functional offense with partners across Consumer Direct Marketing, Membership, Digital Product, Tech, Stores, Analytics, and our 4 Geographies to drive a truly global, enterprise transformation.
