Compliance Testing ManagerAssumed role as Testing Manager in October 2016; previously worked in the compliance department as the Fair and Responsible Banking Manager• Assist in development and maintenance of Readiness Point library that serves as the basis for product monitoring.• Ensure the compliance monitoring schedule is developed, maintained and executed according to plan.• Develop monitoring plan and testing sheets based on readiness points for each product tested.• Product testing includes technical compliance and data integrity associated with product tested.• Includes making recommendation to reduce and manage compliance risk for each product tested.Responsibilities as Fair and Responsible Banking Manager• Develop and maintain Fair and Responsible Banking risk assessment and perform monitoring based on the assessment of risk.• Including analysis of the Banks Home Mortgage Disclosure Act and Community Reinvestment Act data.• Present the Fair and Responsible Banking Program to the Board of Directors annually, including updates to the policy.• Consult with the business lines and team members on risks associated with Fair and Responsible Banking on an ongoing basis.• Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of Federal and State consumer protection laws and regulations (including Fair Lending, Fair Housing Act and UDAAP), compliance examination procedures, regulatory guidance, and industry best practices.

Manage Regulatory Compliance and Internal Audit reviews for 25-30 financial services clients on the West Coast. Primarily consult with Bank's and Credit Unions to ensure that their institutions compliance programs are adequate based on regulator expectations. There have been substantial industry changes in the past few years and the volume and complexity of compliance is increasing at a rapid pace.
