Responsible to provide daily application administration and maintenance, as well as support to over 1000+ clients using various modules of the Hyland Onbase storage system.-OnBase administration and management: Configuration of Disk groups, documents and keywords, import of external documents/data and autofill-OnBase security and user Administration: implement, test and manage security groups, permissions and licensing.-Work with compliance and audit teams to ensure systems are compliant and secure-Provide OnBase support to service desk escalations. Troubleshoot issues reported by end users and monitoring tools, perform root cause analysis to ensure recurring issues are traceable and understood. Implement changes and enhancements/fixes to avoid issues-Provide support for processes related to imaging e.g. document scanner configurations/guides for field services-Perform research on OnBase and related products to stay up to date with current standards and releases-Participation in various project tasks to deploy, integrate and test business solutions in OnBase following best practices and industry standards.-Documentation of system configurations, processes and changes as well as training materials for end users and service desk
