Served as the Brigade CBRN S-3 NCOIC of a Heavy Brigade Combat Team; responsible for establishing and supervising Brigade CBRN training, track and plot all CBRN information during operations, and advises estimates on CBRN defensive posture; Accountable for seven Battalion CBRN sections; monitor readiness for subordinate units through command inspections; training evaluations. Brigade CBRN and force protection NCOIC for 2nd Brigade with a world-wide deployment posture with seven active-duty Battalions primarily responsible for advising the commander and subordinate units on all aspects of CBRNE warfare including the employment of CBRN assets as well as tactics, techniques and procedures for training, equipment readiness and logistics. • Managed all administrative functions, including budgeting and ordering Individual Protective Equipment for entire Brigade, maintained high standards of knowledge and functionality and accountability. • Oversaw Unit Status Reporting (USR), data entry, time management to meet deadline, validations of reports to ensure accuracy. • Maintains classified and unclassified records, files, reports, and forms in accordance with AR 25-2, Information Assurance.• The Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS). Conducts formal and informal training for alternate Readiness Officers and GCCS-A and DRRS-A operators regarding USR reporting and retrieval programs for the system.

Trainer for one of the largest traveling Brigades in 1St Army Division East, consisting of 10 Battalions and Headquarters Troop; responsible for conducting wartime collective training of the Army National Guard (ARNG) and Reserve Component (RC); responsible for executing high intensity, realistic individual and collective training, gunnery, and Combined Arms Training Strategy (CATS). • Regional Senior advisor for overseeing three District Managers of CBRN Army Chemical Reserve Companies; traveled across United States in support of 28 chemical companies with-in two Battalions and assisted in the mobilization of three partnered units; ensured seamless transition to post-mobilization status of over 500 soldiers.• Coached and mentored command teams of 14 partnered units and over 2,000 soldiers during Chemical Collective Training Exercise (CCTE) ultimately resulting in validation rating improvement. Compiled executive summaries at the conclusion of unit training, highlighting strengths and weaknesses and recommending further training opportunities.• Designed and developed exercise props and other training aids, customized exercise scenarios to meet specific user requirements, and developed Training Plans (TP) and Programs of Instruction (POI) to ensure successful training events/exercises.• Developed a team training plan to cross train non-CBRN OC/Ts as Senior Instructor on technical chemical task; ensured OC/T’s were prepared for training support in future operations.

Inspired soldiers to reach full potential; subordinate leaders were empowered to make decisions at lowest level.• Maintained the highest operational rate of NBCRVs in the Battalion at 90%, vital asset to Division.Directly contributed to the two-time winning of the MG William L. Sibert award; accredited as best CBRN Company in the Army.

Facilitated and evaluated the Senior Leader Course Program of Instruction (POI) for the HHC, 3rd Chemical Brigade and Chemical branches, ensuring optimal learning outcomes for all participants. Maintained and updated the POI in collaboration with the Chemical Corps Commandants, incorporating best practices and cutting-edge techniques to enhance the quality of instruction. • Annually trains over 500 Soldiers, and mentored, counseled, and served as a role model for program participants, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.• Designed, developed, and updated training material, lessons plan, and evaluations for Additional Skill Identifiers (ASI) courses by implementing tactics, techniques, and procedures according to doctrine and the operational environment.• Progressed through a series of leadership roles based on demonstrated capacity to lead multiple and concurrent operational, and instructional management initiatives, consistently exceeding organizational objectives.• Compiled data to expedite activities and ensure the execution and continuous improvement of standard instructional processes, such as demand management, electronic data systems administration, and integrated support for operations.• Maintained and accounted for over $100M worth of maintenance of facilities, vehicles and equipment, training aids, classroom materials, and property, while ensuring discipline, health, and welfare of students.• Achieved an excellent rating of 37 0f 45 on the Instructor Observation Rubric conducted by the USACBRNS QOA office located at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.
