Whether at work or at home, I tend to be the go-to-guy for anything technical or mechanical. At home, that means troubleshooting networks and rebuilding systems. As an Equipment Technician and Operator at Green Bay Packaging, that means serving as a SME and trainer on complex manufacturing equipment and enterprise-level software. For instance, the custom packaging manufacturer employs an inventory tracking system that many in the organization find challenging to use. I am often called on to help my team members, including leadership, navigate the system.I am passionate about troubleshooting complicated technical issues and helping individuals focus more on what they want to accomplish and less on the IT they are using. It is the aspect of my current role that I enjoy the most, which is why I am so eager to lean into my IT support skills as a IT Support Technician.
