During my career in the Partnership, I have learnt many skills in the various roles I have undertaken. I am confident in leading and influencing teams to deliver a high level of performance and results. Previously, I have had to implement various projects such as bringing an eCommerce service into a branch. To further develop in my career I have used feedback, mentoring and self-reflection to grow, not only as a person but also to become a better Partner and Manager.Currently, I work for the Partnership IT service centre as a Senior Analyst. In my role, I have learnt about different IT systems across Waitrose and John Lewis. I joined at a time when the department was going through a transformational change and heading towards a pan Partnership model. As a result, I had to establish myself in the role quickly so I could help support my team and the department through this. Since joining, I have met all my monthly KPIs and have received excellent customer feedback for the high level service I provide. Using previously obtained skills as a manager and the new knowledge gained in the team I have coached a new starter. After achieving this, I then took on a role a Senior Analyst, this role includes extra responsibilities such as; supporting other Analysts, project work to further the department and covering duty manager tasks for the service desk. My role also includes extended to supporting our 2nd Line teams with on Site visits to London. During the pandemic, I have also led online virtual training sessions for new starters.Previously, I was a Team Manager Customer Service at Gerrards Cross where I have helped the branch achieve some great results leading to being branch of the week eleven times. I led the Section through a lot of changes. I implemented a new deli trial, which involved engaging partners to promote new product lines and interact with customers. I also introduced Click and Collect into the branch, and the implementation of Magnetics. Services in branch are constantly changing and it was part of my role to manage those changes effectively and smoothly. During my time as TM I built strong relationships with my peers and senior management, gaining trust and improving the way I communicated information throughout the branch using the systems available to me.
