"No More Wondering and Wishing, It's All About Ambition"I will be graduating with honors in May 2015 from the Warrington School of Business at the University of Florida. During my time at UF, I have taken courses ranging from Supply Chain Management and Real Estate Analysis to International Business and Human Resource Management. The diverse curriculum offered at UF has opened my eyes to the intricacies in the business world and has fueled a passion to learn more and make a meaningful difference as I begin my career.I am a hardworking, results-oriented person with innate leadership qualities. I have very strong interpersonal skills and work well in a team environment. By listening intently, I believe that I can learn at least one thing from any one and every one. Additionally, I am a driven and self-motivated person who sets aggressive personal goals and receive great satisfaction when those goals are achieved. Organization and preparation are key to success; these qualities have been an integral part to obtaining the success I have achieved in my career path thus far.Working while going to school opened my eyes to various types of management strategies and allowed me to find a mentor for success. She showed me the difference between a managerial leader and a manger or boss, which I believe to be crucial for success in any organization. She demonstrated a caring and compassionate attitude towards her employees while integrating a strict results driven environment. Her managerial style inspired me to capitalize on my leadership abilities and strive to make a difference every day. With the characteristics and qualities I have learned and acquired, I too, want to become a managerial leader that makes a significant difference for the organization I work for.After work hours I enjoy going to the gym, playing basketball and saltwater fishing.
