I am an Advanced Mental Health Practitioner registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. I graduated in 2018 after working for over 30 years in Health and Social Care. Part of my role is to upskill the care workforce, and since 2013 I have been a QTLS Registered Teacher and now a Fellow with the Society of Education. In my role, I work with SEN (Special Educational Needs), supporting employers, staff, young people, and parents to assess, treat, and diagnose ADHD and ASC. I currently work part-time in CAMHS - NHS as a Senior Mental Health Nurse. I am also registered with the British Psychological Society to undertake Ability and Attainment Assessments and am registered with Pearson Clinical to conduct a range of assessments. Additionally, I support a Mental Health Service in London as their expert mental health clinical provider.I am the Director of The United Care Network, where our goal is to provide high-quality teaching and learning resources to the health and social care sector, as well as access to audit tools and expertise. I have a real passion for helping small and medium-sized care services achieve their goals and upskilling their workforce with meaningful training that is relevant and practical.
