• Created a highly successful organisation from inception; increasing turnover from £150,000 and six staff in April 2003 to £583,000 with 16 staff by August 2007. The partnership was also recognised as an excellent SSP by Youth Sport Trust. • Responsible for the strategic and operational management of Merton School Sport Partnership, including the creation and implementation of long term strategic plan.• Demonstrated exceptional leadership skills; resulting in an additional 7,000 children participating in 2 hours of high quality PE and school sport per week, meeting Government targets 2 years early (increase from 52% to 86% of 5-16 year olds).• Jointly responsible for writing the Merton Council Sport, Health and Physical Activity Strategy, 2006-2009.
