Manage and coordinate one of the largest Early College programs in the State of Hawaii. Early College is a dual credit program with a partnership with the University of Hawaii College system that targets high school students who are lower income, first generation college goers, english language learner, and underrepresented students in higher education. Waipahu High School in partnership with the Department of Education, The McInerny Foundation, and State Legislative Funding allows students to enroll in College Courses to earn credit/degrees through the University of Hawaii System.

Provide General services such as: Event Decoration Coordination and Business Administration Services.

Chapter Advisor for Waipahu High School - Beta Chi Omega Chapter. Beta Chi Omega is the only High School in Phi Theta Kappa to have an established collegiate Honor Society Chapter on a High School Campus. This is due to the robust Early College Dual Credit Program that Waipahu High School has. Beta Chi Omega is a 5-Star Chapter with over 130 Active Members each school year.

Since Nov. 2020 I contributed to Waipahu High School's CRASH (College Readiness Academic Success Hawaii) after school program in both presenting and coordinating 4 Sessions each school year. The session topics included topics: Preparation For Life After High School, Apply for College, Apply for Financial Aid, and Apply For a Job.

With my role as an AmeriCorps VISTA, I served Waipahu High School's Early College Program in developing organizational structures to transition into an online/hybrid model during the COVID Pandemic.
