I am a qualified Archivist and Records Manager. I have 30 years of experience working in the Information Management field for many business entities, both public and private. These have included National Australia Bank, The Fair Work Commission, the NSW Department of Finance, Services and Innovation, British American Tobacco Australia (BATA), Monash University, Delta Electricity, the Catholic Archdiocese of Melbourne and the Australian Bankers’ Association. My information management experience and qualifications are well complimented by my qualification in Corporate Governance. This qualification allowed me to also work as the Company Secretary for BATA for five (5) years.Many of my roles have required me to manage people. I am very experienced in managing document management professionals. It is an aspect of my work that I enjoy and I take pride in doing it well.I am very familiar with legislation and standards relevant to the information management industry and I have had extensive electronic document management systems experience with systems including Opentext Content Suite (Livelink), TRIM RM8, Objective, Hummingbird DM5 and DM6, UCollect and RecFind.
