Current• Provide a wide variety of clients with eDiscovery advice in connection with complex litigation and government investigations, including preservation, collection, processing, review and production of ESI.• Represent US tobacco company in connection with complex product liability litigation in Florida.• Represent major multinational pharmaceutical company in connection with complex national and international class action and individual lawsuits for various prescription medications.• Represent major New York Construction Company in state court litigation and arbitration proceedings.• Represent purchaser of multiple condominium units in multi-pronged $10 million federal court contract dispute.• Represent international auction house in construction and commercial disputes.• Conducted research and drafted wide range of litigation instruments including complaints, answers, motions, memoranda, protective orders, affirmative and defensive discovery at both the state and federal level.• Provided support in two-month long multi-plaintiff pharmaceutical civil trial garnering national press coverage.• Took and defended numerous fact and expert witness depositions.• Represent company in various employment disputes and litigation.• Supervised and implemented $4.8 billion national pharmaceutical settlement procedure and workflows, including personally negotiating acceptance of settlement with dozens of opposing counsels.• Designed and implemented complex case management, settlement database systems for pharmaceutical client; coordinated project efforts between vendors, co-counsel and client to successfully manage costs and streamline workflows.• Organized and oversaw national and regional strategies in affirmative discovery, including production of thousands documents electronically.
