In early 2012 I promoted to Supervisor and lead the development of the county's first Adoption Services Program. In 2014 I transferred to a traditional CPS Investigation and on-going blended unit where I supervise the staff who receive CPS reports for the county, as well as the Legal Clerks, and two CPS Case Carrying Social Workers. In 2015 I began supervising a unit of ongoing Social Workers. My duties include supervision of 7 Social Workers, reviewing and approving Court Reports. Facilitation/participation in Family Team Meetings, leading unit meetings, and providing leadership to my team, and other staff as needed.

I began working for Tehama County in 2001 as a CPS Social Worker. Most of my years were in the Court Unit, and 2 years in investigations. My experiences include 10 years of after hours emergency assessment and response, child welfare investigations, extensive Court Room experience including knowledge of laws, rules, processes, policies & procedures. I've written hundreds of Court Reports. I've worked with foster parents, service provides, CBOs, and other members of the community. I have worked with clients involved with Drug Dependency Court participants and staff.
