Current• Assist Customers with every day banking transactions such as making deposits, cashing checks, opening new accounts, troubleshooting issues and resolving them.• Resolve issues for customers and internally with employees.• Working with and effectively communicating with other departments to better serve customers and provide the best service possible. • Organizing day to day tasks and delegating to employees to run as efficiently as possible.• Training employees to do tasks to even workload and share responsibility.• Relaying and communicating information with upper level management on a daily basis.
