A disruptive business challenging the goliaths of the ERP and database world. Brought in to scale an EMEA theatre high in growth potential, but lacking any structure, process or insight. Worked closely with GM to build a scalable and adaptable go-to-market model that has delivered record growth securing some incredible logos. Highlights would include:- Trusted and able to step in and act as GM during a challenging transition period. - Providing hands on Sales Director capacity to VP of Sales, including closing a $1m deal first hand.- Expanding and learning the region to cover Rev Ops for the LatAm market.- Constantly innovating and subsequently seeing global adoption around reporting insights, whitespace analysis and use of Clari- Seeing opportunities to enable the field with playbooks and cheat sheets.- The go to person for anyone seeking guidance.

The role brought together a number of interrelated business operations managing a team of 15 to work cross functionally and at some key touch points with customers. Specifically the role was responsible for:- Finance Director, including FP&A, acquisitions and investment cases. - Revenue Operations.- Commercial support for key sales opportunities- Business processes, internal systems, ISO certification and the provision of management information.- Managing the operational processes throughout the Opportunity to Cash lifecycle- Internal project management provision and resource management.- Release management processes for all developed software.
