Over the past 2 years, I have worked as a Staffing Chair where I was responsible for the hiring of over 300 new call centre agents for the Canada Revenue Agency. Specifically, this role required me to create and post online job advertisements, screen applications and resumes, schedule interviews (including the creation of a complex interview schedule), conduct in-person and virtual interviews with applicants, manage and lead a team of 8-10 interviewers, collect and input interview results, and provide direction to management on which applicants would best meet our staffing needs. Also, my time as a Team Leader has given me experience in managing performance and expectations for 20-25 employees.These roles also required me to effectively present results and information for multiple stakeholders (agents, management-team, HR, Assistant Director and Director), in multiple formats (in-person presentations, MS-Teams, email, etc.).
