Responsible for developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining Insuresoft’s Diamond Platform, while utilizing a Scrum Agile Methodology. Redesigned and refactored the existing helpdesk software using ColdFusion. Worked closely with clients and team members to provide an optimal redesign of the software to fit the clients specific needs.

I worked here as a summer intern during college.Developed and launched a successful automated inventory management system for the hospital franchise that was programmed solely by me in Visual Basic. This system included many things such as barcode scanner support, a search engine, and an admin panel. This greatly helped to eliminate user error when creating/modifying data in the inventory.Assisted in addressing heat log tickets, getting overdue projects back on track, and inventory management.Imaged and deployed hundreds of new computers for the refresh program. Was responsible of making sure the staff members received their new computer in a quick and efficient way, while maintaining all of their old data to ensure a smooth upgrade.
