Lead CM overseeing an internal strip out of a Commercial building in Hammersmith Broadway. 2no floors (2nd & 3rd) in an occupied building. Floors were taken back to shell and core, worked alongside Designers and M&E consultants. The design brief was to leave the floors as CAT A. Freelance Project Manager for a Production Plant for Bidvest Fresh. Client procured 2no large industrial units which were joined by forming apertures, and space maximised by installing mezzanine floors.
