Steven is open minded and very self development driven, normally working outside of his comfort zone. He learns best by doing and objectively analysing performance in order to understand the elements of process where improvements can be made.He is a great fan of the Swiss Cheese model, successfully adapting to various objectives, and the mindset work of Dr Stephen Peters, combining both to create a National Award winning 'Elements of Fundraising' performance focused coaching model.Steven places great emphasis on building and maintaining situational awareness, and uses both visualisation and neural pathway techniques to help find solutions, identify and mitigate risks, while retaining capacity for managing what may emerge from the unknown. He is a competent presenter, good storyteller and able to translate complex processes into engaging analogies relevant to the audience. Steven rarely sees problems, but opportunities to bring people, skills and potential together in what he describes as role a bit like playing a game of multiple dimensional Tetris.
