Antenna DesignHFSS simulations were used to predict patterns and performance for antenna designs

· Utilized HFSS to predict cylindrical antenna performance at Ka Band.

· Design MMIC mixer and amplifier components using computational electromagnetic (CEM) tools (HFSS, Designer, IE3D and ADS) for Gapfiller program (X and Ka Bands).· Tested MMIC components and devices using probe stations.· Designed off-chip matching circuit for input to mixer. · Supported Spaceway (Ka Band) testing.

Led first level feed design on Tile Array program. Design Engineer for Continuous Transfer Stub (CTS) Antenna Array. Supported antenna design including selection of antenna distributions, derivation of coupling coefficients, transition designs, and fabrication.• Received Raytheon Excellence in Technology Award for designing a compact feed using new technology for an Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA). • Lead engineer for the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) feed network. Design and fabrication of first and second level feeds for the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) resulting in feeds that met RF performance and schedule goals.
