Daily activities include utilizing SAP and excel, developing work flow processes for new product builds. Collaborating with Mechanical Engineers and Assemblers to insure work procedures and product placement are efficient and ergonomically feasible. Daily inventory checks to insure parts are accounted for to promote maximum productivity of the assembly lines.

Daily activities included continuous improvement exercises (Kaizen events, Lean tools) project planning and implementation, capacity analysis, material handling, work balancing, and quality assurance as they relate to manufacturing processes. Assisting process leaders with creating corrective action plans and safety procedures. Performed time studies for new and existing product lines to maximize production flow efficiency and identify areas of waste. Collaborating with maintenance leaders to establish scheduled preventive maintenance. Developing autonomous maintenance procedures to identify root problems in work systems and providing documentation to maintain equipment to base condition standards eliminating waste and reducing failure rates. Excellent knowledge of Lean tools such Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, Toyota Production System (TPS),poka-yoke, value stream mapping etc.
