I started The DuPuis Group right out of college in my garage. While the “group” was only me, I had visions of building a business that would have a positive impact for people and our planet. Over the years, our group of creative thinkers grew to span two locations: Chicago (www.dupuisgroup.com) and Ventura (www.dupuisd3.com). Our entrepreneurial spirit is focused on helping grow businesses.Our firm was built on a foundation of challenging convention, asking “what if…” and believing that great things can happen when the right people come together. This entrepreneurial approach to business led me to become an adjunct professor at Northwestern Kellogg School Of Management where I taught New Product Innovation for 6 years. A passion for social and environmental responsibility--and a frequent contributor to Fast Company with articles on regenerative business growth and visionary thinking. My TEDx Talk "Too Big To Care" speaks to creating positive change in these disruptive times.To support my beliefs, I am actively involved with Wildlife Friendly Enterprise Network, Animal Welfare Approved, and the Natural Tropical Botanical Gardens. Also, I developed with my late wife Joy a plant-based food system Planit Protein, which is launching in 2023.
