Assist customers with knowledge and information regarding our pneumatic tools and accessories.

Supervise the incoming of new whole goods and materials along with prices, quantities and serial numbers and enter into inventory. Enter data into Ideal Computer Systems for inventory reports, payable/receivable reports and profit/loss reports. Instruct customers on proper use of equipment and machinery rentals. Navigate diagrams and cross sections of various machinery to properly locate and order necessary equipment parts and supplies.

Maintained detailed information of payables/receivables, cash flow, receipts, employee hours and various business details. Created a weekly schedule for employees. Handled customer calls, concerns and complaints. Placed food, drink, and supply orders.

Resposible for cash register and money order machine. Prepared sandwiches and other deli items.
