I am a managing professional with 20 years experience to include the fields of operations and project management, planning and logistics in the military and civilian realm. I worked for the US Navy on active duty for 8 years as a Surface Warfare Officer and am still involved in the Reserves. I am well-versed in leading day-to-day operations as well as long term project management. Mentoring my colleagues and subordinates is a big part of what makes me a hands-on and engaged manager. I am career-oriented and want to continually enhance the skills of my team and myself to become more valuable to my organization.Colleagues know me as being technically proficient and am able to help them overcome challenges in order to get the job done on time.
