I have worked several jobs where customer focus and employee satisfaction was the number one concern for the company and me. I enjoy knowing and working according to statutes, policies and really delight in helping bring new potential employees into a wonderful organization; while helping current employees and peers succeed with their job. I have earned an excellent Bachelor’s education in Human Resource/Business Management at Mount Mercy University in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
