In my current role I lead the DevOps and Automation initiatives across multiple projects for US Tier1 Customer Unit, for which I actively work with the core team and technical project teams to drive improvements across multiple dimensions. Since 2019, I have served as Solution Architect to design and roll out automation and DevOps principles (including OKR, KPI, and other process tracking capabilities using Jira) with on- and offshore cross-functional teams. I have also served as SI Lead for Identity and Access Management service delivery project, during which I also performed Solution Architect responsibilities, such as designing the hardware and network architecture for the cloud-native transformation and developing and implementing standardized deployment automation tools and procedures.As a certified Safe DevOps and Certified Kubernetes Administrator, I have deep knowledge and understanding of cloud-native solutions and understand the importance of collaboration and automation for development, software delivery, and operations teams. My experience as a Solution Architect and System Integration and Support Engineer has provided me with the deep technical understanding needed for managing complex and critical systems in customer lab and production environments. During my tenure at Ericsson, I have provided extensive support for customers both on-site and remotely, including translating customer requirements into product improvements and customizing and integrating Ericsson solutions into their existing networks. In doing so, I have had the opportunity to build relationships with customers and demonstrate the capabilities and advantages of Ericsson’s products.
