Run daily/weekly utilization reports, Blocks and aged car reports, no start report, Block and WIP management. Document issues found in Rework/ IPSQ entry. Notify the corresponding areas or supplier of issues, upload pictures to IPSQ, create PowerPoint Presentations of issues found, then send them to the corresponding areas for documentation. Lead teams on port trips and weekend work. Headcount management for block release. Help to insure KPI are met, process audits, 6S targets and other tasks handed down by management.Rework Production Associate: Hall 52 2020-2021/ 2010-2012 Rotated between no starts & electrical (Trouble shooting, document and repair/replacement of electrical systems circuits and components), fluid fill (Trouble shooting and repair of cooling system, brake & A/C systems) train new associates to rework. Rework Production Associate: Hall 50 2006-2010Worked in both fluid fill areas, no starts, both electrical columns, line call electrical and trained new associates to reworkOffline Support Production Associate2004-2006OSPA for Engine line H50. Assist assoc. in day-to-day processes for Engine line with other tasks handed down by management. insure KPI were met, leave daily department pass downs.
