I am a Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and board-level strategic advisor with deep expertise in managing legal, business, and operational functions for private equity-owned and public companies in multiple industries (manufacturing, telecommunications, and healthcare). I also bring significant board exposure and experience, which includes advising on corporate governance, business transformation, turnaround management, reputational risk, compliance, ethics, employee lifecycle, and M&A (buy-side and sell-side).As the CLO and Corporate Secretary for One Call, a private equity-owned healthcare network management company, I manage all legal matters, spanning corporate governance, risk, regulatory, compliance, government relations, material litigation, and M&A transactions. I joined One Call following its acquisition of STOPS Enterprises, a medical transportation and language translation services company.Across my tenure at One Call, I have led and managed legal, business, and operational functions, including building the legal department from the ground up, leading the HR department for a 2-year period across various initiatives and reorganizations, establishing the compliance and government relations function and corresponding teams, leading 30+ acquisitions and due diligence, and managing the company’s response to various challenges in uncertain economic times. I attend all board meetings and report on compliance, ethics, regulatory, and material matters to the Audit Committee.Previously, I served as corporate counsel to two public companies, Jacuzzi Brands (formerly NYSE: JJZ) and MasTec, Inc. (NYSE: MTZ).
