I also update the Airport Certification Manual (ACM) as necessary. As Winter Operations Coordinator, I manage the Snow and Ice Control Plan (SICP), coordinate with department leaders and stakeholders to ensure the safe and efficient operation of snow and ice removal, including activating and overseeing the necessary resources and personnel for effective de-icing and snow clearing operations.
