Team Supervision and HB Commercial A/R Manangement for California and Alaska Regions. In this role, I am currently overseeing the follow-up side of our team. Roughtly around 25-30 FTEs. Responsibilities range from employee audits to one-on-ones to productivity monitoring as well as A/R Supervision, trending, and special projects to reduce overall regional commercial A/R. I work with California and Alaska Payors regularly to help streamline revenue receivables.

Providing daily regulatory insurance account follow-up, across all Critical Access Providence Facilities.

On assignment, as a Contract-to-Hire Employee at Providence Health and Services. Responsible for daily healthcare revenue cycle duties including insurance billing and follow-up.

In this position, I assisted the Oregon and Southwest Washington regions of PeaceHealth with insurance referrals and authorizations for Specialty Physicians, Mental Health Services, Durable Medical Equipment, Surgery, Diagnostic Imaging, and St John Medical Center's Sleep Center in Longview, WA.I also worked directly with Columbia United Providers to ensure proper procedure authorization for PeaceHealth's Bridge/Financial Assistance Program and it's patients. Other duties included, assisting for regional system conversions and special projects.

Served a variety of clients with revenue cycle management and project requests. Responsibilities involved managing several insurance follow-up teams, and assisting clients with project progress review and day to day communication. Other duties, as assigned, included month end report summaries, as well as training, project implementation and occasionally filling the role of "Department Director."

Led two high-profile client teams whose main objective were to generate as much revenue as possible from aging, collectible accounts. Main duties included: Insurance Follow-Up, Training, and providing exceptional Client Communication.
