Description: Responsibities to include commercial Facility Management for 90 different locations throughout a tri-state area, ensuring that each place stands up to the company's high standard of maintenance. I direct 5 supervisors and 50 technicians as well as a number of outside contractors, while I also improve infrastructure and and guarantee the requisite modifications for each property in question. As part of this, I attempt to optimize workflow focus on preventitive maintenance and minimize cost by direct oversight of operations.
