• Started as junior server and quickly rose to lead server and did most managerial duties. Including making schedules, hiring and firing, and all customer interaction whenever any problems arose.
• Completed their extensive training course and tests. Maintained a detailed knowledge of menu items and ingredients to drive sales.
• Collaborated with the kitchen through Aloha and verbally to maximize the customer satisfaction.

• Catering for movie sets.
• Wake up and be at work by 4 AM to pack the trailer for the day. Get lunch prepped as we prepand cook breakfast for the cast and crew.
• Setup massive buffet lines with tables and chairs. Ranging from 50 to 500 people.
• Constantly clean and keep the area looking presentable.
• Take care of all special needs of cast and crew.
• Break down the entire operation and unload the truck so that everything can be cleaned.
