• Started as junior server and quickly rose to lead server and did most managerial duties. Including making schedules, hiring and firing, and all customer interaction whenever any problems arose.• Completed their extensive training course and tests. Maintained a detailed knowledge of menu items and ingredients to drive sales.• Collaborated with the kitchen through Aloha and verbally to maximize the customer satisfaction.

● Catering for movie sets.● Wake up and be at work by 4 AM to pack the trailer for the day. Get lunch prepped as we prepand cook breakfast for the cast and crew.● Setup massive buffet lines with tables and chairs. Ranging from 50 to 500 people.● Constantly clean and keep the area looking presentable.● Take care of all special needs of cast and crew.● Break down the entire operation and unload the truck so that everything can be cleaned.● Get home between 4 and 7PM and get ready to do it all again.
