Managed Solutions is a business unit within Xpansiv that is responsible for the management and operations of SRECTrade, Inc. (acquired November 2021).As of December 31, 2023, I am no longer in a full time role with Xpansiv and SRECTrade. Janet Mihalyfi has taken over my responsibilities as the President of Managed Solutions.

Responsible for running SRECTrade, Inc. and overseeing the business development and product management functions for EMA (Environmental Markets Account). EMA is the world's preeminent environmental commodity portfolio management technology platform which includes integrations into the world’s largest renewable energy credit and carbon offset tracking registries.Xpansiv operates the market infrastructure to rapidly scale the world’s energy transition. Xpansiv's platform brings transparency and liquidity to markets, empowering participants to value energy, carbon, fuels, and water to meet the challenges of a resource-constrained world.

As of November 2021, SRECTrade was acquired and is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Xpansiv. Xpansiv investors include Blackstone, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, and BP.I was responsible for overseeing the company’s management, corporate development, and growth strategy. During my tenure, I helped establish and grow the firm’s management & transaction services. Since joining SRECTrade in 2010, I focused on bringing transparency and efficiency to a variety of environmental markets. I assisted energy companies, corporate institutions, and clean energy asset owners execute transactions and navigate the complexities of dealing in environmental markets covering renewable portfolio and low carbon fuel standards (RPS and LCFS). As of December 2023, SRECTrade manages ~1.5 gigawatts of clean energy assets across almost 100,000 projects. The company provides services to 10+ RPS and LCFS markets spanning more than 20 unique environmental commodity products. Since inception, the company settled $1 billion of environmental commodity transactions.
