Locate, qualify, and engage outside production services to supplement the services Fidelity Images provides. Ensure that the level of production standards, performance expectations, and behavior required of production services contributors (permanent and contract) at Fidelity Images are defined, communicated, and adhered to by all participants. Research and recommend production equipment, techniques, and approaches which enhance Images’ product and services and anticipate changes in distribution. Seek opportunities to streamline existing processes and improve efficiencies.
