Primary proponent for the personnel portion of the Unit Status Report, Officer Management, Casualty Operations, Organization Joint Personnel Status Report, Army Substance Abuse Program, Army Emergency Relief Program, Combined Federal Campaign, Unit Vaccination Program, Voting Assistance Program, Public Affairs issues, and special projects. Responsible for the health and welfare of three officers, seven mid-level managers and three junior level employees.

Naples, Italy

Executive Officer for the Allied Forces Southern Europe (AFSOUTH) organization, U.S. Army NATO in Naples, Italy. Supervises 40 personnel that make up the organizational staff ensuring personnel service support, logistics, resource management, operations, plans, training, security, force protection and information management for three subordinate organizations and activities with over 400 personnel dispersed at 12 locations throughout Portugal, Spain, Italy, and Turkey. Plans, coordinates and executes the command inspection program. Plans, coordinates and dispense support team(s) in support of Soldiers temporarily assigned to NATO exercises and contingency operations. Oversees planning and execution of the organizational $450,000 operating budget. Coordinates with local agencies and the NATO staff in a combined and joint environment to ensure appropriate support for unit operations.

Heidelberg, Germany

Senior Personnel and Program Manager for a US Army NATO organization consisting of over 100 US Army personnel serving in support of NATO operations in Southern Germany. Responsible for training, security, operational readiness, arms room and ammunition management, weapons accountability, logistical administrative support, health, welfare, morale, discipline, postal operations, reenlistment and personnel housing for Soldiers assigned to four geographically dispersed locations. Exercises control over Personnel Services Center in support of US and International Soldiers and family members. Supervises a Resource Management Office with an annual budget of $650,000, Certifying Official for over $100,000 in government credit card purchases and procurement. Serves as liaison officer for over 12 Allied Nations, US Army NATO, US Army Europe, and other NATO and US Agencies as needed to ensure mission accomplishment.
