Pailin Development Project - Client: UNOCAL - New offshore process complex for producing gas and oil reserves in the Gulf of Thailand - Responsibilities include meeting with client to resolve specification conflicts preparing purchase requisitions for major electrical equipment, and coordinating the engineering effort with design.Ashland Project - Client: Ashland Oil Company - New offshore process plat-form in Gulf of Mexico. Provided project engineering support for coordinating start-up and commissioning personnel for gas and diesel engines, generators, and operator training.

Shell - Deer Park, TX - MAYA Project - Electrical Field Engineer/liaison for Coker/Gas Plant testing, inspection, pre-commissioning and start-up. Responsibilities included start-up check lists and coordinating activities for commissioning four synchronous motors (7,000 hp to 10,000 hp), primary transformers (.5 MVA to 75 MVA), and substation and protective relaying review, modifications and integration.Shell - Deer Park, TX - DU-2/VFU-3 Project - Addition of a new 12kV 4160V substation and coordination of this substation with a new 12kV distribution substation. Responsible for budget, schedule, engineering design, procurement and specifications for design integration of electrical equipment which included 5kV prefab substation, 7500kVA transformer, 15kV primary switch, 480V MCC, 900kVAR capacitors and battery charger. Provided engineering and design supervision to install 23 new motors, including two 2500 hp motors.
