I didn't plan to become a Solicitor, I probably would have gone into the military or policing, but eventually decided on law. After graduating in 1992, I worked for a number of law firms before creating my own law firm WE Solicitors in 2001. My interest had always been in personal injury and since the inception of WE, the firm has grown and I am proud to say that I have helped many clients who have suffered serious injuries, particularly those related to asbestos related injuries such as mesothelioma, hearing loss and catastrophic cases. Over the years I have worked on some extremely serious cases, involving severe injuries, sometimes on cases that have resulted in the loss of life. It is always hard to view these cases as work because we get to know families and the impact that serious accidents can have on the lives of the people left behind. All we can do in these cases, is make sure we do what we can to achieve the best possible outcome that may help to shape the future for them.Outside of my work at WE Solicitors, I have a real passion for sports and fitness. I am a qualified Aikido instructor and Crossfit L1 coach. I do believe in the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and I'm always looking for new ways to challenge myself physically.
