Project: 2 Penn Plaza redevelopment. 31 story, 1.61M SF commercial tower redevelopment. This project consisted of interior demolition and abatement, renovation of floors for new tenants, construction of the bustle on 7th avenue etc.My main responsibility while on this project was to oversee the construction of the roof pavilion event space known as "The Perch." Along with this, I was in charge of overseeing the financial closeout of over 70 trades.

Project: Hotel Pennsylvania Demolition, 1.3M SF project, $107M volume. This project consisted of abatement and full structural demolition of 27 stories down to street level. My responsibilities included estimating/contract writing, managing abatement work and all filings, facilitating daily/weekly huddles to maintain project workflow, and developing/maintaining the project schedule. As well as this, I was responsible for daily safety reports and facilitating safety meetings amongst the tradesmen.Highlight: Gained experience working in tandem with regulatory organizations such as MTA & DOB due to the proximity of the demolition to Penn Station and the Subway.

Oversaw the financial analysis/reporting for over 30 different projects over the life of my stay in the department totaling to over $1 Billion in volume. Worked alongside project teams to forecast and report project earnings to senior management. Trained and onboarded new hires to the department, and helped facilitate monthly trainings to increase efficiency amongst the staff. Highlights: Department lead on migrating workflow to new financial software, facilitating training to office staff and project teams. Streamlined general conditions monitoring through SAP database extraction to Microsoft Excel Template for department wide usage.

Project: Barnard College Milstein Center, a 129,000 SF project, $114M, out of the ground construction consisting of 12 floors of interior fit out, mechanical space on roof, two elevators, 6 levels of terrace work, sitework, etc. My responsibilities while on this project included engineering for all interior fit out Architectural trades including Misc. Metals, Masonry, Carpentry, Millwork, Ornamental Metals and Glass, Demountable Partitions, Ceramic Tile and Flooring, totaling approximately $15M in volume. This work entailed shop drawing review and coordination for all associated trades, management of submittals and RFI's with the architect, change order management for all associated trades, and creation/updating of project critical reports in Microsoft Excel.
