- Working on end user’s computers via remote access, telephone support, etc,, to fix and troubleshoot any issues they might have including:- Hardware and software related problems- Access and connections issues with usernames and passwords- Wireless work environment settings, VPN, and domain connection issues- Encrypting for security issues- Working across multiple sites with operations around the United States- Using Re-imaging tools as well as methods for pulling data- Working with assets management in keeping track of which laptops and desktops belong to which user.- Active Directory management

- Worked within Help Desk and also at deskside to resolve user issues- Emphasis on assisting each user to resolve 100% of technical and proprietary software issues.- Used imaging software throughout the refresh project.- Worked with many different groups to assist with tickets that weren’t able to be covered or handled by Help desk.- Supported both hardware and software troubleshooting for all end users.
