Reporting to Head of Commercial Forces, leading an elite team with the following 3 core deliverables:1. Enrich the management decision making discussions by connecting them with valuable insights beyond sales performance data (connecting the puzzles from market situations, consumer behaviors and commercial initiatives) 2. To drive operational excellence in Key Account Channel by developing commercial-sound deployment and distribution plans to Key Accounts Managers 3. Pivotal role in resource prioritization management within Commercial Operation and Forces stream in order to maximize the return of investments

1. Responsible in managing income statement forecast (Above Marginal Contribution) and controllable cost base for Malaysia market.2. Involved in pricing vs. sales volume setting as part of income statement forecast exercise for Malaysia market.3. To perform extensive variance analysis (i.e variances due from Volume, Mix, Pricing and Cost).4. To conduct zero-based budgeting of respective business expenditures.

1. To conduct process review which comprises stages like data analytics, identifying control points, designing testing approach, and develop relevant management action plan.2. Responsible in designing control point in minimizing /mitigating the risk exposures of the business.3. Involved in implementation of the setting a new internal company policies. 4. To continuously monitor and solve conflicting accesses in SAP system. 5. Involved in performing Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) testing and reporting.

1. To assess the client's financial statements and ensures the audited statements to be reported are in true and fair view manner. 2. Maximized efficiency by delivering sufficient audit coverage on time.

1. Dealing with the vendors on daily basis in securing the best deal for the company. 2. Involved in managing supply chain area (i.e daily stock replenishing).
