Our focus is primarily on the built environment and infrastructure sector, providing fully financed sustainable and low carbon solutions across the country. When working for a client we reduce their maintenance costs, reduce their energy consumption, and reduce their carbon emissions, typically by up to around 70%. By refurbishing or upgrading any 'energy using' equipment, installing the latest technology to control the building properly, along with improving the insulation levels and glazing to a building, and wherever possible installing local generation equipment on site, it's possible to make significant savings on the long term operating cost of a business premises. To reduce risk for our clients, our entire service is fully financed off balance sheet, we design, deliver, manage, and maintain the project over its entire life cycle. The initial investment is repaid via the savings achieved, and after recouping the investment, any further savings are then shared. Why are we different? We are the only 'locally owned' nationwide provider of this type of Managed Service. We have project capital of approx £40bn to invest in energy refurbishment projects across the UK. We estimate that over the next 10 years, we will invest an average of £3bn in each region across the country, all of which will be kept in the local communities that we work. When we work with a new client, we only work with local people, setting up a locally based team to manage the project over its life, therefore always keeping the investment in the same postcode as our clients premises. Using a central platform and management framework, it means our clients can be confident in getting the same level of service regardless of location.
