• Registering applicants and building rapport to gain an understanding of their requirements and determine the best properties to help them in their property search• Diarising and arranging viewings for applicants to view properties to fit in with both theirs and the vendors’ availability • Showing properties to applicants, liaising with them to understand their preferences and gaining feedback during and following those viewings • Working with vendors and purchasers to negotiate offers and understand both of their needs concurrently to achieve approximately 3 sales and 2/3 lets a month • Liaising with solicitors on both sides and keeping track of progress, using benefit of own experience in obtaining necessary documentation such as proof of nationality, surveys, solicitor instructions, draft contracts, etc• Keeping up-to-date on relevant changes to UK legislation

• Taking calls from vendors looking to sell their properties and arranging mutually convenient times to view and value them• Working closely with customers to understand their requirements and prepare property details and photographs in accordance with their instructions• Chasing solicitors and mortgage brokers and managing agents to ensure property sales progress smoothly to completion without unnecessary delay
